Refund Policy

At Billy’s Salon, we take pride in our work and aim for every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their hair.

Please note that we do not offer money-back refunds. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not fully happy with your hair, we ask that you notify us within 14 days (2 weeks) of your appointment.

We will happily arrange for you to return to the salon so that we can rectify or adjust your service to ensure you are satisfied with the result.

This policy is in place to ensure fairness, professionalism, and the opportunity for us to provide you with the best possible experience.
